Exchange Guidelines:

    •    Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or another item of equal or greater value (with the price difference covered by the customer).

    •    Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

    •    Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

    •    Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items:

    •    Customized or limited-edition pieces.

    •    Items marked as final sale.
