Order Processing

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Exchange Policy (No Returns Allowed)
• We do not accept returns but offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ginevrastreetwear@gmail.com with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
